Let’s go everyone!

It’s that time of year again to jump start your workout for Spring Break and begin your ultimate summer slim down. There is no better way to embark on this than by partnering with a personal trainer to motivate and push you along. Research shows that over 90% of the population demands an additional source of inspiration to drive and direct your health and fitness goals, but to also achieve them and be victorious at the end. Fitness professionals like myself lead a life helping others through coaching and support. We are facilitators of your success and glory. I devote myself to getting to know about your life, your needs and wants, and your day to day eating habits. If you have always been the type to workout alone or with a chatty partner, today is your opportunity to change up the mix.
Just think, wouldn’t it be nice to:

 Have someone else think of an exercise routine for you
 Count each repetition in all your sets
 Encourage/motivate you
 Make sure you are always in the proper position to decrease/remove any chances for injury

Here are just a few of my client testimonials:

I’m the type of person who loses focus, gets bored and finally jumps to something different when I’m not engaged. I started working out with Rachel in August and I am amazed at how rapidly I’ve noticed
increased strength and agility! If you want variety, if you want results you need to be working out
with Rachel.
~Karen Prine – Intensive Supervision Officer for Berkeley County

I had the privilege of working with Rachel in her capacity as a personal trainer. I have been very impressed by her dedication and attitude. She is highly professional, hard working trainer and fitness expert. She has very good fund of knowledge and is able to adjust exercising routines based on subject’s abilities and physical restrictions.

***By the way if you haven’t been trying the exercises of the day, here is one to do:

Lie on your back with your arms extended straight behind your head and have your feet extended straight in front of you with your heels on the floor. Now contract your abs and raise you legs and arms up in the air together in order to form triangle shape with your entire body.  You do not bend your elbows or knees as you lift your lower body to meet your upper body.  Concentrate this movement to solely use your core as you triangle your way to a tighter midsection!
