ARF! + Yoga + Senior Forever Fit

= 3 superb classes included in your JCC Membership

ARF (Aerobic Resistance Flex)

  • A Tri-Part Fitness class that utilizes the 3 components of Fitness: Aerobic, Resistance, and Flexibility. For a balanced workout program, each class will have components of all three areas.
  • Mondays, Wednesdays, & Friday at 8:00 am

Yoga

  • Work on body alignment and breathing, lower blood pressure and heart rate stamina, increase blood flow, prevent injuries, reduce arthritic joint pain, improve flexibility and improve strength in this class for your mind, body and spirit.
  • Thursdays at 9:00 am

Senior Forever Fit

  • Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity of daily living skills.
  • Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 10:00 am
